Foreword

The idea for these bodges came about when discussing a unique bodge Christoff from Germany gave one of us when stranded at the roadside in Spain (the broken petrol tap). Despite the absolutely crucial help he and the rest of the Lambretta Club Deutschland gave, he got the bodge slightly wrong and it took some head scratching - in the pouring rain - to get it right.

By their very nature, bodges are ad-hoc but we felt there was an opportunity to pass on our personal experiences of real bodges we have used, or seen used, on the road and this drivel is the result. It is not a 'standardisation' however, so please read the disclaimer.

If you have personal experiences of bodges that work, we would appreciate the nod. At the very least, you'll get a mention and maybe even a year's LCS membership or some other perks if we can afford them. Please contact schomberq1@vahoo.co.uk with your story.
